Quality and Implementation Director and Chronic Care Management Physician
Shannon Alsop, DO, is the quality and implementation director for Alegis Care’s Chronic Condition Programs, and has been a Chronic Care Management physician at Alegis Care since 2015. In her current role, she helps identify and analyze excellence within Alegis Care. Dr. Alsop leads a group that looks at operational and clinical goals, identifies the providers that are excelling, analyzes their techniques and makes recommendations to the clinical leaders for implementation of new initiatives.
With a passion and commitment to getting to know her patients and developing unique, personalized treatment plans, Dr. Alsop has been providing in-home care to her community since 2012.
Dr. Alsop earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, and she holds a Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency with Crozer Family Medicine and is board certified in family medicine.
